Visit to Longniddry Bents to look for and record Spring Cinquefoil ( Potentilla verna). Starting in Car Park 3 before moving back along Longniddry Bents towards Seton to look for more sites. Other spring flowers will also be seen and a number of birds.

Wear warm clothes, boots to walk along the dunes and waterproofs. Bring packed lunch and a drink.
