ABERFELDY HOLIDAY
(This event has already taken place)

Flower at night

IN DETAIL

The start to our holiday will be over coffee at Corbenic Café. Then a short drive to Corbenic Poetry Path which is a trail of about 3km through various natural habitats in an area maintained by the Camphill Trust. Bring a packed lunch to eat here.

Afterwards, we will drive to our accommodation to settle in.

Further sites will be posted later in the week when there is a better idea of the weather to expect.

Near Aberfeldy itself there are local sites suitable for evening visits to look for natural history such as beavers, red squirrels, bats etc.

Bring personal study equipment such as binoculars, hand lens, bat detector and field guides. Remember insect repellent, sunscreen, outdoor clothing and footwear, first aid kit and any medication that you usually take.

There is a Minor Injuries Unit in Pitlochry and A&E at Perth.
