A low tide mid-morning meander along the coast towards Cockenzie.

This section of coast is a mixture of sand, exposed rock, seaweed and concrete walkway. Wear footwear suitable for wet and slippery surfaces.

Be prepared for a day out at the coast, bring lunch, drink and appropriate clothing.
