IN DETAIL

A 3 mile walk around the Cobbinshaw Reservior SSSI located 5 KM south of West Calder. Focus will be on summer wildflowers, trees, birds and insects/bugs. The walk is on tracks or good surfaces throughout and we will be walking through a number of different habitat types.

Meeting point is the Hermiston Park & Ride at 10:00 where we will car share to the start of the walk. Please meet at the building adjacent to the bus stops at the Park & Ride.

Bring lunch and a drink , waterproof clothing and wear stout footwear (some of the ground could be boggy).
